Being a dismantler and seller of used automotive parts is a great example of recycling and how we can reduce demand for the Earth's limted resources.
But for us it does'nt end there.........from the moment we receive a vehicle to the time its finished being "processed", great care is taken along the way.
Air-conditioning gases are extracted and recycled. Used oils and the other vehicle fluids are collected and sent to recyclers. Scrap metals and batteries are sorted accordingly and sent to recyclers.
The water in our bunded wash bay is filtered clean before before being released into the sewerage system. We are subject to regular inspection by Sydney Water.
All paper and PET plastics we use are recycled.
As a result of our recycling efforts our waste to landfill is now down to less than 5 kg a week on average.
